ClearValue began operations 1995 in the water industry.
By 1996, ClearValue developed biological means to remove noxious gases from waters (sorry Shell, you copied). This proprietary technology led to algae research in control of point source emissions; such that by 2008, development began of CONOX, a proprietary and efficacious algal/biological means to sequester and convert point source emissions, e.g. oxides of carbon, COx; oxides of nitrogen, NxOy; and oxides of sulfur, SOx, into useful products.
In 1997, ClearValue began development of polymer coagulants; this work culminated in 2001, producing a complete polymer coagulation technology to efficaciously purify any surface water in clarification, effectively replacing aluminum and iron systems, where most importantly, no aluminum is added to the water; it is without a doubt that this technology, now in use worldwide, has eliminated many cases of waterborne and neurological disease, e.g. Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, etc. Then, to combat carcinogenic and teratogenic drinking water disinfection by-products (DBPs), in 2001 ClearValue further developed enhanced biological filtration (EBF), a means to remove both total organic carbon (TOC) and thereby DBPs from drinking water. In 2006, ClearValue developed the Merman - filtration and disinfection means to manage water purity at the end-user, a true point-of-entry (POE) treatment device.
Most unfortunately, ClearValue's patents for polymer coagulants were voraciously violated by its own organic polymer supplier, SNF Florge (of whom ClearValue taught the art). The SNF Florge patent infringement included aluminum chlorohydrate (ACH) manufacturers, such that there was no ability for ClearValue to maintain a supply of ACH; therefore, in 2005 ClearValue developed an efficacious process to manufacture both ACH and water disinfectants.
Building on its water expertise, in 2001 ClearValue began development of HyOx, efficacious hydrogen (H2) engine technology that only emits water (H2O). Then in 2010, ClearValue combined CONOX and HyOx, along with natural gas reforming, to produce Eenergy, which is a proprietary and innovative means to produce electricity, H2, O2, H2O and organic proteins from methane and Sunlight. In 2012, Eenergy was redefined as Negative Carbon Energy if bio-gas is the methane source and Zero Carbon Energy if the methane is natural gas or cracked oil.
ClearValue's many innovations have been developed by a team of 12 scientists and engineers in Houston Texas, most of which have Ph. D's, along with over 30 years of industry experience.

Mr. Richard Alan Haase grew up on a farm in Missouri, USA, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering at the University of Missouri – Columbia, and then a Masters in Business Administration (MBA - Harvard Accreditation) at Lamar University – Beaumont, Texas. His career began with Dupont in engineering, manufacturing and marketing. He worked at GE Plastics as a marketing manager, prior to product management at Exxon Chemical, starting the Exxpol Business. He performed Technology Transfer at NASA. Senior positions led Richard to the water industry; wherein, he founded the ClearValue Companies.
